Privacy notice

Who we are

London Soul Studio is a small reading studio in London. [TRADING DETAILS: the legal name of the business that runs the studio, its address and a contact email.] That business is responsible for the personal data described here.

The new moon letter

If you join the letter, we keep your email address so we can send you one short email a month. We keep it because you asked us to, and only until you leave. We use it for nothing else, and we do not sell or share it.

To leave, reply to any letter or write to us, and we will remove your address. [EMAIL PROVIDER: name the service that sends the letter.]

The spam check

The letter form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks details of your browser to tell people from automated spam.

Orders and readings

Orders, payments and messages happen on Etsy, under Etsy's own privacy policy. We do not take orders or payments on this site.

For a reading we use your first name, your questions and, if you give it, your date of birth. A date of birth stays in your Etsy order, not in our records. Our reading system uses AI to draft the interpretation from your cards and your words. [AI PROVIDER: name the service and where it processes data.] Our order notes are deleted 100 days after delivery, unless you order again.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
