Who we are

London Soul Studio is a trading name of Anka Digital Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. [TRADING DETAILS: company number, registered office and a contact email.] These terms cover the readings and printables we sell through our Etsy shop and the free tools on this site.

Buying a reading

Every order, payment and message happens on Etsy, so Etsy's own terms and policies apply as well as these. You must be 18 or over to order. Each listing says what you receive: the cards, how many questions it answers, the length you choose and the delivery time. We send your reading as a PDF through Etsy within the time the listing gives.

How we make a reading

Your cards are drawn by hand in our London studio. The image of your spread in your reading is made digitally from that draw, with our licensed card artwork. We use AI tools to help write each reading from your cards and your words, and a member of our studio reviews every reading before it is sent. Ash is our studio's reading persona and the voice your reading is written in. Her portraits, and the studio photos and videos, are made with AI. Where we offer a detailed AI reading of a spread you draw on this site, AI writes it and no person edits it.

What a reading is

A reading is for reflection and entertainment. It describes what the cards show about feelings, patterns and choices. It does not predict events, promise an outcome or say what another person thinks or will do. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it is no substitute for a doctor, therapist, solicitor or financial adviser.

We do not read health, pregnancy or legal questions, investments, gambling or debts, anyone who has passed, or anyone under 18. If your order touches one of these, we will tell you and offer a refund.

If a reading does not fit

Reply to us on Etsy and we will look again: a fresh draw, or a full refund. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.

Your reading and our work

Your reading is for your own use. You are welcome to keep it, print it and share it with people you know. The words, designs, images and card artwork in it belong to us or the people we license them from, so please do not sell or republish them.

Your information

We use what you send us only to make and deliver your reading. Our privacy notice at /privacy says what we keep and for how long.

The law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. We may update them; the version on this page on the day you order is the one that applies. Last updated 25 October 2026.
